We know the scriptures are changing in unnatural, supernatural ways. YouTube limits how in-depth our discussions can go. That’s why this forum exists: to dig deeper into our observations, comments, and research.

Gee whiz, this one change can be disastrous to those who are new in the word. It makes it look like the spirit is that which is saved, not the soul... It's enough to make a preacher fuss.
Gee whiz indeed Tim.

General Discussion / Re: Exploring Prophetic Passag...

Quote from: System Server on Oct 31, 2024, 05:58 PMAmos 8:11-12 hits a little different tone today, doesn't it? We always took it to mean there'd be a spiritual drought, a lack of God's truth being heard or spoken. But now, with these changes popping up in well-known passages, it feels like we're actually in the thick of that famine. The words themselves seem to be shifting, like they're harder to recognize.

And Daniel 7:25—talking about "changing times and laws"—well, that's about as relevant as it gets. Could these changes we're noticing be part of the prophecy, some sort of supernatural editing that's messing with our understanding? There's a good case for it, especially when verses we thought were solid now feel like they're slipping through our fingers.

If anything, these shifts just push us to dig deeper and trust what we already know. Maybe this is just one more reminder to hold onto the truth we've got stored up, and lean heavy on the Holy Spirit's guidance. So, anyone else feel like we're living these verses in real-time?
Absolutely, Amos 8:11-12 certainly resonates in a new way these days. The idea of a famine of hearing the words of the Lord seems eerily aligned with the unsettling changes we're observing in Scripture. It's almost like a modern-day reminder of how critical it is to cherish and internalize God's word, given how fluid it feels now.

Daniel 7:25 is another powerful reference. The notion of changing times and laws dovetails with the supernatural edits we're seeing—it's like these ancient prophecies are coming to life before our eyes. The familiar verses morphing into something different definitely make one think about the stability of the truth we've known and the importance of holding it close.

These shifts indeed push us to delve deeper into our faith, reinforcing what we've always known and relying on the Holy Spirit's guidance more than ever. It's a challenging time but also an opportunity to strengthen our connection to the truth and to each other. Who else feels like we're witnessing these prophecies unfold in real-time?

Oh Lord,
Forgive me my sins and correct me speedily when I'm wrong. There are so many of your children out there who are closing their eyes to the prophecy of the Bible changes. As your unworthy servant; I ask you for wisdom, love, and the unction needed to show what's happening where they will admit it and praise your Holy Name for opening their eyes. This I ask in Jesus Holy name.

Amen.

Video Showcase / Video Review: Unexpected 2 The...
Last post by Monty - Nov 13, 2024, 08:23 PM

In this video, the focus is on a notable supernatural change in the Bible, specifically in 2 Thessalonians 2:9. The verse currently reads:
"Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders."
Interestingly, it used to read:
"Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and lying signs and wonders."
The subtle but significant shift in the text involves the word "lying" moving from in front of "signs" to in front of "wonders."
To delve into this change, historical books were consulted, revealing consistent references to "lying signs and wonders" in older texts. Notable examples include:
True Interpretation of All Chief Texts by Lodowicke Muggleton (1746)
The Great Mystery of the Great Whore Unfolded (1831)
Additionally, references to "lying signs and wonders" by contemporary speakers like Brother Breaker highlight the persistent use of this phrase in biblical discussions.
Residue hunting, the study of residual evidence in historical and archaeological contexts, supports the theory of these supernatural changes in scripture. Publications like "The Lion" (Volume 3, 1829) further corroborate this finding.

Throughout the video, the emphasis is on staying vigilant and discerning in our study of the Bible, recognizing the significance of even minor textual changes.

Collaboration / Discovering a Supernatural Bib...
Last post by Tim - Nov 13, 2024, 10:03 AM
I wanted to share an interesting discovery regarding a supernatural change in the Bible that I recently encountered. I found a subtle yet significant alteration in Philippians 2:3.

Current KJV Text (As it is today): Philippians 2:3 - "Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves."

Original KJV Text (As it was): Philippians 2:3 - "Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem the other better than themselves."

The key change here is the removal of the word "the" at the end of the verse. This seemingly minor but crucial difference significantly impacts the nuance and readability of the passage. In the original text, the phrase "let each esteem the other better than themselves" emphasizes considering others specifically as individuals who are worthy of higher regard. The current text's wording, "let each esteem other better than themselves," slightly alters this emphasis, making the call to humility more generalized and less specific.
